CLASS A/ PANTOMIME 25

Service Description

Class A are the Tinies of the group. During this class, the children develop confidence to stand and speak in a group. Correct speech is encouraged and all are taught to articulate clearly. We will learn fabulous songs – these are normally, melodic classics that are simple in format for the young age group. Basic dance is taught to encourage movement, fitness and coordination, along with simple tap dancing. “Drama” at this tender age mostly involves speech and inter-active games for team play. Each week the class varies on focus, but throughout this course they will learn a good balance of all musical theatre skills. Many children in Class A noticeably stand out in school plays! All children have lines to say in the end of term production, where they tend to steal the show. Our Pantomime Term culminates with our big, annual production at the Kenton Theatre. All children are expected to take part as it gives context to their hobby when they reap the reward of performing. The dress rehearsal will be (socially timed) on 31 December, and the Pantomime runs from 2 - 4 January 2026.
